As members of the leadership team, Nick and Flannery will continue to help KCIC grow and evolve by serving our clients, continuing to exemplify our corporate values, diversifying our product offerings, and increasing the richness of our employee experience.

Nick Sochurek

Nick Sochurek has been named Senior Managing Director. He joined KCIC in 2004 and has extensive experience in leading complex insurance policy reviews and analysis for a variety of corporate policyholders using relational database technology.

Flannery Goldberg

Flannery Goldberg has been named Director of Talent & Operations.  She joined KCIC in 2017 and has been responsible for managing KCIC’s DC office and leading the administrative team, while supporting the training, recruiting, marketing, and community outreach teams.
